Limits are the plan
A budget. A set amount you put away each month. A line you will not cross on losses. None of it matters while things are calm, which is exactly why people skip it.
All of it matters the moment your confidence turns. A limit set in advance is a decision made by the version of you who was thinking clearly.
Boring repeats
Saturn rewards the action small enough that you will actually do it again next month without arguing with yourself about it.
The amount matters less than whether it survives a bad month. A large contribution you abandon in March does less than a small one you never think about.
The fear side
Saturn has a cost, and it is worth naming. It can make not having enough feel permanent, so you never spend and never move, long past the point where the caution was useful.
Prepared is the goal. Frozen is not. Somebody sitting on years of savings and unable to use any of it has a Saturn problem, not a money problem.
What durable looks like
Usually unimpressive. Clear terms. Money set aside. Debts you can carry if your income drops. Time.
Nothing about it makes a good story, which is why it gets skipped in favour of things that do.
