The chart’s fields of action
The houses divide the local sky into twelve sectors beginning at the Ascendant. Unlike signs, houses depend on birth time and place. A planet describes a function; the house describes the life area in which that function becomes visible.

Why House II is the house of money
The second house describes what you can call your own: resources, possessions, skills, earning capacity, and the values that guide what you keep or spend. It does not predict wealth. It describes your relationship to having, needing, and valuing.
House II reads money as behavior. What feels safe? What feels worth the cost? What do you hold too tightly or fail to hold at all?
