Privacy Policy
This policy explains how House II handles information when you use the iOS app and related services.
Information you provide
- Your email address when you create or access an account.
- If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides House II with your name, email address, and profile picture solely to create or access your House II account. House II does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Google Drive files, or Google activity.
- Your birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, and time zone.
- Questions you ask and readings you choose to save.
- Support information you voluntarily send us.
Information created by the service
House II calculates a natal chart, planetary placements, weekly readings, usage allowances, subscription status, and notification preferences. If notifications are enabled, we store an Apple push token and your selected delivery time.
How we use information
We use this information to calculate and restore your chart, provide readings, answer your questions, enforce free and paid usage limits, process subscriptions, send notifications you request, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Service providers
- Google provides optional Google sign-in authentication. Google profile information is used only for account authentication as described above.
- Supabase provides authentication and database hosting.
- RevenueCat and Apple process and verify in-app subscriptions.
- Anthropic processes questions and certain Plus readings. Relevant chart context and the text of a question may be sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Open-Meteo resolves place names into coordinates and time zones.
- Vercel hosts the House II application server.
- Apple delivers push notifications.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and retention
A chart created before signing in may be stored only on that device. Account data is stored until you delete your account, subject to limited records we may retain where required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can turn notifications off in House II or iOS Settings. You can delete your House II account and its saved chart data from You, then Delete account and saved data. Deleting House II does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Email hello@madeehahassan.com to make a privacy request.
Children
House II is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above.
Changes
We may update this policy as House II changes. The updated date above shows the latest revision.
