HOUSE II

Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED JULY 22, 2026

House II is for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

Using House II

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use automated systems to exhaust the service.

Readings and decisions

Astrological readings are interpretive and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or generated partly with artificial intelligence. Do not buy, sell, hold, or otherwise make a financial decision based on House II. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Subscriptions

House II+ subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Any trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Accounts and deletion

You may delete your account inside the app. Account deletion removes saved House II account data but does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Ownership

House II, its visual design, software, editorial material, and branding belong to their respective owner. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, House II is provided as is and without warranties. House II and its owner are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for House II or its support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce the terms relating to your licensed use of the app. Apple Media Services terms also apply to purchases.

Governing terms and contact

Applicable consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Use Help & FAQ in the app for support or questions about these terms.
